Appraisers attending this event will learn how to build a successful appraisal firm business. This is about building the business and not completing appraisals. Our panel of experts will cover key topics to help you take your business to the next level.

9:00 – 9:15 | Introduction

This quick introduction illustrates what leading an appraisal firm looks like.

9:15 – 10:30 | Marketing

LinkedIn has the power to completely change the way appraisers do business however, few if any know how to use or leverage this amazing platform. During this session Roy will be sharing how you can use LinkedIn to scale and diversify your business, start replacing your lender work with non-lender work, and build your brand and authority so that you can easily stick out from your competition. By the time you leave this session you’ll know exactly how to setup and optimize your LinkedIn page for results, learn where to find an endless stream of new non-lender clients including how to connect and build relationships with them, marketing best practices, how to track your LinkedIn results, and most importantly how to delegate a majority of the process! As a bonus, Roy will also be sharing some invaluable tips how he’s been able to run his own non-lender appraisal business while traveling the world full time with his family for the past 4 years.

Do you need a non compete with your employees? We’ll take a look at insurance considerations for both E&O and general liability.
